Student Knight Ambassadors
(San Antonio, Texas) The Student Knight Ambassadors Program began in 2012 as part of a commitment to advancing the mission of the school in the larger community. On Sun., Aug. 10, fourteen new ambassadors joined eight veteran ambassadors for a special mass, and induction ceremony at Holy Cross of San Antonio.
“Students receive thorough training in professional and personal etiquette, said Brother Stanley Culotta, C.S.C., M.D., President of Holy Cross. “They represent Holy Cross’ mission out in the community at public events. It’s a nice group of students who work hard to represent the best attributes of our student body.”
The program was started by its co-sponsors Mrs. Leticia Ramirez and Ms. Elizabeth Eguía-García in 2012. Additionally, Miss Ariana Vega coordinates the ambassadors’ bookings and schedules.
Through the principles of civility, hospitality and loyalty, the mission of the Student Knight Ambassadors is to serve and represent Holy Cross of San Antonio’s student and administration at special events, to promote the vast successes and advancements of the school, and to communicate through all that they do, the virtue of the beloved Blessed Basile Moreau and to live out the Holy Cross Code in daily life.
