Next Steps for New Accepted Students

Online Enrollment Instructions


Dear Parents,

We are delighted to have your child join our community! Your next step is to complete your child’s online enrollment process. To enroll, you will need to create a new Parent RenWeb account for Holy Cross. Please follow the Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login listed below.

Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login

  • Please go to www.factsmgt.com 

  • Select Logins from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.

  • After the RenWeb ParentsWeb Login screen opens, please select Create New ParentsWeb Account.

  • Enter HCR-TX into the District Code field.

  • Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.

  • Click the Create Account button.

  • You will receive an email from RenWeb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password.  For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.

  • Please click on the link.  A Change/Create Password screen will open.  You may use the default username provided, or create a new username.  Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.

  • Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.

  • Close the window.

  • Log into ParentsWeb as instructed above.

To access ParentsWeb:

  • Please go to www.factsmgt.com on a laptop or tablet.

  • Select Logins from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.

  • The District Code is HCR-TX.

  • Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.

  • After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.

  • Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button.

  • Click on the link "Click Here to open Online Enrollment Packet" and it should open in a new tab.

To Complete Enrollment Packet:

  • Click on the link that says Start Online Enrollment Packet or Open (edit)

  • Follow the prompts and make sure as you complete each section there is a green check mark next to that section. You will not be able to complete the packet until all the check marks are visible.

  • You will click on a Go To Payment Plans button to set- up your tuition payment plan with FACTS. You do NOT need to create a new account to complete your payment plan for 2024-2025, but you will login to your current FACTS account.

  • Once you are in your FACTS account, on the left-hand side of the page you will see a link underneath this year's balance or a button that says "Set up a Payment Plan". Click on the link to set-up your payment plan for the 2024-2025 school year.

  • If you have not already, we encourage you to use your bank account information instead of a credit card or debit card to avoid transaction fees.

  • You will be sent back to RenWeb to complete the process once finished with FACTS.

  • Continue until you receive a receipt for your $25 enrollment fee.

The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.  Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. If you have any questions setting up your FACTS payment, please contact the FACTS support team 866-441-4637.
